TODAY'S EXCITING ADVENTURES

Right now, as I sit in the chair trying to type this entry, Heisu is sitting up on my knees and sliding down my legs. "Slide, more!" "Last One!" (in Korean, majimak) and then "another majimak" (another last one).

This morning she was given a bubble-making machine and she found it quite interesting, up there on the roof of the 'villa' in which we live. She was more interested in taking a walk around the streets here, however. So we took a walk. It was just her and I, and she asked where Mum was. I told her, "Mum wants to stay home, it'll just be us taking a walk." And the spirit of her reply was, more or less, what I would interpret to be: "Aaaaaaah yes, Mum wants to make more bubbles".
(see here for some later pictures of Heisu with her bubble gun).

Anyway, today I let her choose where to go, by giving her three words and pointing; 'left', 'ahead' and 'right'. She chose a round-about path and eventually we came across the local playground. She took the slide, the see-saw and then the swings. Each time we went through the 'one more! last one! another last one!' routine.

Heisu's being a bit naughty towards her little sister today, giving her a quiet poke in the face when she thinks we are not watching.

Other than that however, she's pretty good. Except for the screaming episodes, of course.
